The colorful OtoClips feature a woven nylon cord designed to help prevent the loss of BTE hearing  instruments. The cord clips to the user's clothing and comes with an adjustable loop that slides easily over the BTE hearing instrument earhook. Cord length: 15" 

This model is intended for Binaural (double) BTE (behind-the-ear) hearing aid users.
